TARC e-Learning: Time Management Series Session II

Over the course of the summer, TARC will be hosting a series of 4 webinars aimed at providing information, tips and tools to help regional council staff overcome barriers to productivity on a day-to-day basis. Throughout this series, participants will learn how to measure tasks, create plans and realize goals. Each session will focus on a different aspect of time management and will take place at 2:30 pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. The 2nd session in this series will focus on the understanding that time is energy, and that time is choice-driven. During this webinar, participants will be presented with tools to help determine why they make the choices they do with their time, review procrastination behaviors, and determine why one procrastinates.
