TARC e-Learning: Overview of TDHCA Programs

In this installment of TARC e-Learning, we will be joined by staff from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) who will review several programs available to the regions, including programs to assist homeowners with home rehabilitation, rental assistance, homebuyer assistance and home modification assistance for persons with disabilities.
