In this webinar, we will explore Uniform Guidance for 2 CFR 200.331 Pass Through Requirements for federal grants. We’ll discuss proposed changes to Uniform Guidance and how they affect Pass Through requirements. We’ll explore frequently overlooked requirements, such as Pre-Award Risk Assessments, Suspended and Debarred and Special Conditions. We’ll review how to determine the difference between subrecipients and vendors, a still much misunderstood differentiation. We’ll also discuss subrecipient monitoring – how much is too much and what is my bare minimum? Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Evaluate how proposed changes to Uniform Guidance will affect their organization
• Determine the difference between subrecipients and vendors
