TARC Board of Directors & Executive Directors’ Council Meeting

The Texas Association of Regional Councils will be gathering in person once again! Please mark your calendars to join us in Beaumont June 9-10, 2022 for the TARC Board of Directors & Executive Directors’ Council Meeting.

We have a number of meetings and activities planned and have secured a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn & Suites Beaumont – Plaza. To make room reservations, please click here. Reservations must be made by Friday, May 20, 2022.

RSVP for the Thursday Dinner

Be sure to let us know if you will be attending dinner at the Spindletop Gladys City Boomtown. To allow us to get an accurate headcount, please email glewisford@txregionalcouncil.org with your name and that of your guest if you will be joining us for dinner by 5:00 pm Friday, May 20 so we can make sure we have sufficient space and food. In addition, please let us know if you have dietary restrictions and we will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate your needs.

On Friday, Judge Allen, Shanna Burke and the team at the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC) will be hosting the TARC Board and guests at their facility for our Board of Directors meeting.

10:30 am – 12:30 pm – Board of Directors Meeting, SETRPC
