The Texas Association of Regional Councils will hold its September 2024 Bi-Annual Staff Training & Annual Board of Directors Meeting September 17 - 20, 2024 at the Hilton Austin Airport in Austin, TX. Below you will find the draft schedule of events. *Meeting schedule is subject to change*
A block of rooms has been contracted at a discounted rate of $184/night + tax for TARC members.
The deadline to make or amend reservations within the block is Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
Please note: This rate is guaranteed until September 3, 2024, or when the block is full, whichever comes first. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability.
If you need to update an existing reservation, please reach out to TARC. Be sure to include your name, email address and the dates for your reservation.
Please be sure to register for this meeting. There is no need to provide proof of registration but if you’re a fan of coffee, registration tells us how much we should order.
