If you are new to managing federal grants, it can seem overwhelming to adhere to all of the compliance requirements (and not sure if you are doing things correctly and with transparency). You might feel that you are at risk of the federal government's audit findings or corrective actions. While it is never advantageous for your agency to be at risk for any obstacle related to federal funding, it is ok to live with some risk. During this session, we’ll discuss risk management related to federal funding, how to mitigate risk, and also how to prioritize the mitigation of risks within your agency.
