Under the guidance of the Resource Conservation Council, in August 2018 the North Central Texas Council of Governments initiated a Regional Recycling Survey and Education Campaign in an effort to address high contamination rates in residential curbside recycling. This webinar will cover the campaign development process, current analytics of the campaign, and anticipated next steps.
