The Systems Support Specialist IV assists and supports CAPCOG’s data and network infrastructure. The position works within a small IT team that will collaborate and assist with the completion of required and delegated tasks. The Systems Support Specialist is expected to install, configure, manage, administer, and support computers, laptops, printers, telephony, end-users, software, vendors, and various equipment related to the daily activities of all departments within the CAPCOG agency. Assists with maintaining cybersecurity, LAN/WAN, and network administration functions. Education: Graduation from a high school or equivalent required. Associates degree in computer science or training in a vocational school with coursework in computer science preferred.
Experience: Three years of experience in computer systems support work relevant to the examples of work provided required. Education or experience required.
