North Central Texas Council of Governments – Workforce Development is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team! In this position, you will be responsible for program monitoring and compliance review of the Workforce Development System as well as reviewing processes and procedures to assist the organization in achieving quality goals. The purpose of this position is to provide oversight and evaluation of the Workforce Development System, including program monitoring and compliance review, evaluation of program integrity and compliance with governing laws and regulations. This is accomplished by planning and conducting compliance and quality reviews of WFB contracts, reporting on observations and findings gathered during monitoring, resolving complaints and grievances and coordinating with the WFD Planning and Operations Units. Other duties include attending various meetings to assist with Workforce functions and planning the scope and schedule of Workforce monitoring as a QA Team.
Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years related work experience.
