The Front Office Coordinator performs highly complex administrative work which includes clerical duties, general front office coordination, logistics support for agency divisions’ outreach and meetings, mailouts and distribution of information, and agency board support. The coordinator assists with database support, proofreading, purchasing, filing and supports the finance department with logging and billing functions. Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent is required.
Experience: Two years of experience in a field related to the essential duties and functions of the position is required. Experience working for a government agencies preferred.
Salary: $41,000-$47,000
