The North Central Texas Emergency Communications District(NCT9-1-1) is responsible for 40 plus Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in 14 counties surrounding the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The NCT9-1-1 Program serves a population of over 1.6 million and 10,000 plus square miles.
The purpose of this position is to provide complex administrative and clerical support to the NCT9-1-1 program. This is accomplished by providing customer service to the Director, supervisor, staff, and external stakeholders including the public.
Job duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Office supplies
- Facilities requests
- Meeting set up
- Records storage
- Mail/Fed Ex
- Inventory and maintaining stock
- Scribe for meetings
- Travel coordination
- Culture events coordination
- Special events coordination
- Data entry including NCT9-1-1’s financial system
- Director support as requested
- Board of Managers support
- Excellent organizational skills are a must
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
- Highly customer services oriented
- Able to multitask and prioritize
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years related work experience.
