In particular\, you will hear about the Better Communities Alliance (BCA)\, a collaboration with local government leaders\, businesses\, and institutions to improve the prosperity of American communities through clean energy technologies and solutions and the Outdoor Lighting Toolkit. Over a two and half year period\, three states\, six regional energy networks\, and 16 cities committed to converting 1.3 million street lights with an expected annual savings of $48 million.
