- Job Description
- The purpose of this position is for continuous improvement, including process reviews and analysis. This position is also responsible for review and analysis of customer service practices and results. This is accomplished by planning and conducting process compliance reviews, root cause analysis, interviewing staff, analyzing data, reporting on observations and findings. Information is gathered through observation, gathering and analyzing data, including reviewing reasons for complaints and grievances. Other duties include attending various meetings to assist with Workforce functions and planning the scope and schedule of work in support of continuous improvement efforts, and that of the Quality Assurance monitoring team. This position assists the Quality Assurance Manager with the establishment of an annual work plan for mapping and analysis of Board processes.
- Required Skills
- Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field, with project and process improvement knowledge. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree.
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Position also requires 3-5 years of related experience.
