Devotes 100% of time to the Brazos Valley Affordable Housing Corporation (BVAHC) and Brazos Valley CDC Inc. (BVCDC). Provides high level administrative coordination assuring accuracy, comprehensiveness and timeliness of all duties assigned. Responsible for coordination & implementation of day to day activities supporting the operations of both BVCDC and BVAHC to include processing of applications for purchase of homes being developed, delivering required disclosures, maintaining accurate, complete files and assisting other staff as needed. Will serve as back-up support for the Community Loan Center Program and will be required to learn the applicable software, produce electronic reports, review for accuracy and upload to respective credit reporting software. May provide financial counseling & or coaching to clients & prospective clients on an as needed basis to include budget and cash flow analysis, creation of corrective action plans, credit repair, and other administrative duties related to this area. Handles information requests, prepares statistical reports, conducts research and performs clerical functions as required. May assist in other areas of BVAHC & BVCDC as assigned by their supervisor. Degree in business administration or a related field preferred with strong public relations skills. Must have strong verbal & written communication skills and be well organized.
